OP the only way to solve your problem is too spend years on this board...learn the ways of programming thru effort and further education then design your own platform so that you can better accomplish stage 2. stage 2 design your own web browser, you can call it safari, the problem with this is that you will wake up and realise you cant program and your steve jobs the end.
