Reporting threads

Hello /prog/-riders,

I've heard rumours that just maybe, a post can get deleted automagically if a sufficient number of people report it. Can anyone confirm this? If true I will waste some minutes of my life and write a report bot to piss of various spammers that plague my 4chan.

I heard someone from /prog/ wrote a bot/script to reply like that to milkribs's posts. Is this true?
