Hey guys I want to make a website like myspace, facebook and twitter and sell it for hundreds of millions.  Can you help me program this project?  I will pay 50K annual salary for good programmers(to be payable when website is sold).  Thanks for your help guys!

Consider a language where everything must be explicitly typed. How would a compiler know what exceptions were being thrown were you to omitt the throws declaration? It wouldn't! The answer? Specify that the function/method throws no exceptions. In relation to your post- I believe >>2 is saying that this thread will have no SAGEFAULT's- So I guess to keep conformity and avoid compile time errors all further posts, if any, should strictly be for the purpose of saging.
