Outsourced developers.

Which outsource country in your opinion has the worst developers. I have to say it's India. They don't know how to code properly, when they can't figure out how to get an SDK or API working with their code they blame it on everyone else but themselves. I see them constantly go to public forums and ask help for their commercial code and instead of taking advice they cry and constantly beg for the actual code they need and they won't go away until they get it.

Anybody else have experience having to deal with outsourced developers?

The point of outsourcing is that you have some other company take care of the non-essential parts of your business i.e. you hire a cleaning company instead of employing your own, so that you can focus on the essential parts. The advantage of this is that a specialized firm for catering, cleaning etc. will be cheaper and better because that is their main business and you will be able to focus on your main business.
If your company is supposed to be writing software and you are outsourcing that then you are doing it wrong. In effect, your company is then little more than a wrapper around some other company.

That is the major flaw with democracy, that it rests on the premise people are smart enough to decide who should lead them.
The real major flaw with democracy, is that anyone who is smart enough to warrant a place in government doesn't want the job.
