Get Visual Studio C# Express Edition and just start messing around in it. Decide on something simple you want to do and then use your brain and searching skills to find out how.

so, assuming you don't know a single word of chinese i suggest that you go and learn the language purely by going to a chinese forum & posting ``experiments''.
you are not allowed to read a book about the chinese language, nor are you allowed to listen to chinese audio lessons or have a chinese person tutor you.

the best way to learn is by experimenting, so i expect you to be fluent within the week.
