is he gone?

I've been away from prog for a while now, but i'm wondering if frozenvoid is gone.

He still posts, but no longer with his tripcode as it was banned. He simply now goes by the name of FrozenVoid.
Also, I'm just curious to know, how is it even possible, in this day and age, that people are still, still!, worrying about FrozenVoid? The kid's a troll, deal with it.

I think he is a genuine troll in the sense he isn't really trying to troll- but continues his arguments in a naive fashion once he realizes what good trolls they make. He is in bed with javascript for a start- to the extent that somebody who is trolling couldn't emulate it. He keeps very consistent themes throughout all his posts; where most trolls can't help but diverge here and there where it better suits the mood of the particular thread. On top of that, anonymous trollposting is the method preferred by almost all trolls where as FV comes across like he is trying to be well known and regarded as an authority.

ALL THREADS  POSTS IN MUST END IN /prog/ NEWCOMERS TRYING TO PROVE THAT HE IS WRONG IN ATTEMPT TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE WELL VERSED IN PROGRAMMING!

I think FV is a pretty cool guy, he trolls /prog/ and don't afraid of anything

Which fails here, because no one on /prog/ who posts with a tripcode has a damn clue what they're talking about. Personally I immediately discounted his posts as irrelevant garbage from the start because he came off like he was just another jackass who was posting to make his name known on the internet, rather than someone who actually had something worthwhile to contribute.

If the rest of the board had the same mentality -- the 2ch put-your-money-where-your-postid-is philosophy -- this thread might have a completely different meaning. However it is the unfortunate truth that /prog/, in spite of our ^amazing collective _trolling skills, is greatly crippled by an incapacity to identify trolls in an expedient manner.

there was a large debate between /prog/ and him a couple days ago.
he lost miserably and i haven't seen him since.

Oh, by the way, how did you manage to ban him? I've seen that you posted more than one script that filters his comments basing on the tripcode, altrough I still don't get how did you install them.
