I've ordered a book and it's taking ages to ship. Google Book Search, rather suprisingly, offers a `preview' of this book, which would be good enough for me until the tree-destroyer gets shipped. Is there anything that can be done to make this thing display the whole book or at least a different subset of pages? And no, there is no COOL FREE EBOOK version available anywhere, it's about a topic you don't know even exists.
