Foul odor from rectum?

Strange odor leak from rectum.
Recently for last 6 months i experience foul odor coming from
my rectum. Its a worst smell. People notice and they react. ( they cough and do other stuff)
especillay its worst in indoor. i went to the GI several doctors
( colonoscopy , blood test,stool test and all the tests are
normal). I want to know is there any treatment or medicine available

I didn't pull my foreskin back entirely until I was about 13. Before that point, to wash it, I would fill it up with soapy water, close it shut and squeeze the water around.

Then one day, I decided I'd see how far back I could pull it. I surprised myself by actually pulling it back entirely over the head (even though it hurt a bit), and was disgusted to find a ring of dick cheese behind it. I went to the bathroom and washed my dick properly for the first time in my life. It was a huge relief.

However, for some reason, at that point, I started getting a hard on. I started to panic as it was really sore feeling the skin stretch. When it was rock hard, I decided to push the foreskin back over. Thankfully, it slid over nicely.

Since then, I have had no trouble in pulling my foreskin right back and washing properly. I even stretched it a bit more by putting my thumb between the glans and foreskin so it had to cover a bit extra.

That is the rather disgusting story of my foreskin. But I'm glad I have it.
