The way he talks about the Win32 tricks(such as BHO objects, running remote code in another application through CreateRemoteThreads, hooking interrupts, and so on) like they were anything special or they were the only ones doing it is stupid and misinformed, those are age-old tricks, known by both researchers/reverse engineers, adware/malware authors and just people who code more low level stuff.
