How would you store this in SQL

I've taken it upon myself to parse serebii.net for my own use.
I'm working on the main pokedex and ran into something unexpected.

http://serebii.net/pokedex-dp/492.shtml

is almost 2 sources joined into one since its one character with 2 skill sets.

would it make sense to treat it as two separate records then join on a = character number?

(not a pokefag, just a project to keep me busy)

bad wording.
But this guy has two forms where most everyone has one

so he has two abilities, two damage taken boxes, different height, weight, and a few different attacks.

where I would normally put this stuff in a master table they seem like they have to be in a lookup to differentiate the two forms.

probably hit or miss no matter what I do
It's like storing dr jekyll with mr hyde
