Anyone know of any other SHA-3 entries that are available? I've only found EnRUPT, MD6, and skein.

Or not. The First Hash Function Candidate Conference is in the second quarter of next year. That's when they'll be announcing the first round candidates, and submitters will be presenting their functions.
