cheapest mb with ipmi

TLDR; what is the cheapest motherboard i can find with an ipmb and ipmi 2.0?

i'm just getting into coding for ipmi on freebsd but my thinkpad sucks, i've been meaning to buy a new box for freebsd a long time now and keep it locally

i actually work dell enterprise support so i have a shitload of servers with bmc at work but i don't want to stay at work after hours every fucking day, also i have network access to a sc1425 which is like the cheapest dell rack with a bmc but i lost my apartment so i have no internet right now, i have to test my code from the library wlan =(

so i'd like to build a cheap box with an ipmi card to test on, so i'd love a motherboard that i can build into a regular ass tower but i don't want to spend too much on a test machine just to keep it local

i hope it's good because i've never been that skilled in hardware configuration. all i know is that the MB is cheap and has an ipmi 2.0 chip

cost me 5600 SEK alltogether but this is for my hobby so i'm allowed to spend some money even though i try to avoid it when i do open source development
