Why are Europeans better coders?

I always see Europeans writing better code than us Americans. Why is that? Do they have some special ability at birth or something?

I think we're just a bit smarter than Americans (see NASCAR and Hammer cars (GROSS) vs Europe's fine products; see love for wasting oil for the hell of it; see foreign relations; see ecology), and we write less ENTERPRISE code. See >>12.
