Why are Europeans better coders?

I always see Europeans writing better code than us Americans. Why is that? Do they have some special ability at birth or something?

Scandinavian programmers are much better because there's nothing to do there because everything's frozen.  So they sit around and spend all their time either drink, fucking, or programming.
