Java Compilation

I am unable to run my code (using Vista 32 and most recent JDK and RE). Pastebin includes the code I try to compile and the error I get. I just started yesterday, and it is annoying to not be able to run anything. I am sure it is something stupid. Thannks alot.

And one other question, in Netbeans, is there a way to make simple standalone programs that aren't part of a package?
