Catching keydown and keyup in win32

Name: Anonymous 2008-08-29 2:48

Well, I decided to learn the win32 API, and have figured that design a small game would be a suitable endeavor, teach me the fundamentals of code, and basically actually do something, instead of learning more bullshit theory. However, I've only really used MFC, so I've hit some fairly standard hurdles. I did read forger's guide on Win32, but it stopped a bit short on things such as catching things like keydown and keyup. So, I'm wondering if anyone can help, or point me in the direction of resources I can use. Any help would be appreciated.
