Anyone else get this? Obviously if it is review or something I get more bored than tired but when learning a new math concept or programming one I get very sleepy.

You probably have a dangerously low level of caffeine in your veins. This can be detrimental to your performance. I'd recommend adding more coffee to your diet. Chew coffee grains at all times or drink coffee if you're a pussy.
