MySQL connection failure

I get this when I try run the image board I installed on my site.  There's no password "yes" anywhere. 

What am I doing wrong here?

Why yes it does! A humourous anecdote is associated with this fact: I read it as though sudo was type of the password (like it read "sudo-password for chris:"), while it simply denotes that the program sudo is sending a message!
