Do you really think you are cool or a "expert programmer" because you can make useless programs in your toy language, also known as LISP ?

The fact is that its not what language you use that decide how good a programmer you are. You could be a excellent C# programmer and a shitty LISP programmer, which most of you are. Most of you know this and try to hide it, especially to yourself, by posting about reading SICP and bashing other languages.

Funny fact: none of us here are actually stupid enough to think that LISP is useful. It's here just for fun and to troll people like you.

lISP is completely useless to 90% of programmers.  Because 90% of programmers are code monkey fags who don't care about learning new things only living in the present and easy.

I am 1/2 through SICP and the value is obvious to anyone not a dumbfuck.

Try solving the towers of hanoi problem without becoming enlightened and it will take you a lot longer.

SICP teaches you to think in new ways that other programming books gloss over.
