insufficient skill set

I've got an interview for a co-op Monday, the posting says "Must be familiar with C++ and C# programming languages," which I am not.

What books can you recommend I go pick up, and how do I get Adderall?

Anything with both kernel and user-mode components on Windows; and in some cases, C++/CLI as a glue layer between C# and native is a lot easier than trying to P/Invoke stuff (like if the argument types are variable sized nested structures).
