Java is cool

Why are you guys always bashing java?
I am currently using it and i find it to be a quite nice language. Sure as hell beats the fuck out of C#.

Well maybe everything beats C#, but that is still what it should be compared too, since theyre very similar (both garbage collected OO languages) and also competitors.
It doesn't make sense to compare it with Lisp or C which are totally different languages, at least not when your evaluating it as a language.
