The basic idea is to take one of the acronyms, the name or names of the author or authors, and the phrases from the back of the jacket description. This becomes the seed from which to generate an infinite number of threads. The repetition seems clever, as if 'people' were riffing off new 'memes' in the 'community.'
I think that might be algorithm PRG2 fro TOACP. I think this because I am Donald Knuth!
