The problem with just trying both is that emacs has a pretty steep learning curve most users won't get across in less than a month, which is generally longer than someone just ``trying'' has patience for.
This despite the fact that emacs is clearly the superior option.

Are you joking? Dog shit has such a beautiful aroma. And it feels and tastes like the most elegant gravy when warmed up and eaten. Cat shit is disgusting.
Further proof: Ever see a dog eat its own shit? Of course you have, they do it all the time. Because it's delicious. That's why dogs are so goddamn happy all the time. Feed some dog shit to anyone, and they will grin for a fucking week. It's impossible not to.
I don't intend on cultivating ringworms thank you very much.

I agree. Earlier today, I rubbed some dog shit on my friend's lips as he was sleeping. He woke up a couple of hours later and regaled me with tales of the most fabulous dreams - and this is a gentlemen who usually has the most devilish nightmares! We laughed so hard when I told him about his fecal present, and he vowed to smear it upon his face regularly.

What the hell is this thread, what's wrong with you people? Have I stumbled into /beast/ or something?
