Could anyone recommend a free, reliable IDE for windows which is not emacs, VI or vide? I like using Anjuta when I have linux available, but I don't know of anything similar for windows (except visual studio, but that's just some pricey shit).
When I want to edit macros, I don't want little FUNCTIONALITY or in-terminal loading and input modes! I just want an Editing MACroS!!
Not a "viiting macros". Not a EDiting macros
Context. It comes with a Borland C++ compiler or something.

Don't worry, it is a natural thing among vi users, one of which I have once been.

EDWIN WHICH IS WRITTEN IN SCHEME IS QUITE GOOD, I USE IT FOR EDITING SCHEME CODE AND ITS NICE ALSO BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS IN UPPERCASE WHICH MAKES ME FEEL AT HOME.
