Computer science has more to do with the fundamental information theories and computational problems that are related to electronic computers. If you like maths and theory, you'll like CS. If you like programming, do software engineering.

Information systems are systems that manage the input, processing and output of data and information for an organisation. This is more about business system design than anything else. The theory that you get in CS can help you in the low level designs of business systems.
