Link? What do you need a link for? Keep your wrists straight, don't attempt to hit the left ctrl key with your pinky while you press backspace or some stupid shit. The obvious stuff. And by all means, don't become a Dvorfag. Your wrists aren't worth that.

How do you hit the lctrl?
Swap left ctrl and capslock!
I don't know what Hitler placed left ctrl in such an awkward position, but it is obviously wrong.
Also, learn Dvorak layout, it will save some of your tunnelz from teh syndrome.

I hit the spacebar with my index fingers.

Touch-typing with the fingers on the home row is the best way of getting hurt.
I recommend using a natural style where you simply press the keys you want to press with whatever fingers feel best.
If you think your typing is too slow, whatever you are writing probably isn't that important. When programming, I generally write a line of code every five minutes after meditating on it's contents, then some navigation to fix thinkos...

This is exactly how I type. I use all my fingers, but move them around naturally, and I've never had any real hand problems during my 15 years of heavy typing.

You snipped the wrong part. Don't attempt to press left control and a key with the same hand. It's stupid and you'll hurt you.

[/code
I can easily do that without moving my hand. Just my fingers

Truth.
I just position my hands over the keyboard as they come, without really thinking, so they're like / \ even though I'm not using Microsoft's faggot split keyboard. Then I type naturally. Just like I don't consciously think how to move my mouth when speaking. I don't even know which finger I use for each key unless I look down. My hands are almost always over the keyboard, without resting my wrists on the table. I never get carpal tunnel or any kind of pain. And I can match or beat 90% of people who type with with their fingers in the home row.
