So I have to learn Flash otherwise I am going to starve to death.

Anyway, what are the best options to start out with for a total noob? I have some serious experience with xhtml/css and a less serious with php/mysql, but still experience. Any help?

What is the best way to learn Flash? Some advice/tip/link and an Anonymous experience on the subject are welcome.

I have a Flash manual on my desk at work. I've eyed through it and it seems pretty clear and nicely written. I use it for keeping my window in a proper position during strong wind, so you can't have it, though.

Flash is writing script to pictures, better read The Sussman.

Flex builder is based on eclipse, and its just easy to edit AS3. Also Flex is also just an awesome framework.
