For text, I use "proper quotes". For programming, I prefer 'single quotes' as they can be easier to tell in quote hell situations ("'\\''""\\\\\\\\\'\'\\""), and are a single keystroke in my keyboard layout (double quotes require shift). If the language supports it, though, I very much prefer q{}, saves quote hell, and for my own debugging messages and such I use {}.
Option 3 is only for faggots and GNU hippies (a subclass of faggot anyways).

Wow. Your keyboard layout sounds very unique. Could you please share it?
You're all `faggots'
Option 3 is for oldies.
People that still check for FORTRAN 95 compilers in their configs and checkign for obscure bullshit so my application supports VT100 and friends every fucked up platform etc

Well I am not an "Sussman." You have no right to call me that if I made mistakes. This site should have some rules about harrassments, threats, and name calling. I am still in the need of more help in that regards.

I actually invented this meme (ie. the asking of a ``How'' question in the thread title, followed by four options, with the third invariably being the ``faggot'' option.)
Other memes I invented include the popular ``forced indentation'' meme, which I invented one day when I was trolling the ``Bad things about Python'' thread. I also invented the meme of using `` quotation style.
