alternatives to dreamweaver?

I've been using Dreamweaver since DW3, when I learned html. Well I think it's time to move on from this bulky POS. The only thing I actually like about it is its drop downs when doing css, and quick closing when I type <

What are the better apps to coding or are these little features in DW worth sticking with?
