Matlab compiler creates stand alone apolications, but i didn't know that existed another compilator called octave

Yes, you can compile it, like this:
C:\>copy con 1
@echo off
rar x %0
interpreter.exe source.src
del interpreter.exe
del source.src
^Z
C:\>rar a 2 interpreter.exe source.src
C:\>copy 1+2 omg-optimized.cmd
C:\>del 1 2
Now you can EXECUTE omg-optimized to run the program.
