Hexidecimal is more like a font choice when doing HTML, its all numbers and letters, for example Diablo 2 is done in complete hexidecimal and this is that it looks like ( 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,a,b,c,d,e,f,10,11,12,13,14,15, 16,17,18,19,1a,1b,1c,1d,1e,1f,20 ) So to say that Hexidecimal is not a language is to say that Diablo 2 is not a game.
