Okay, I give up (LISP related)

I want to be suave LISP programmer. Recommend me tutorials, IDEs, texts, etc. I'm on a windows machine, btw.

I just whipped a quick guide of how to get a nice Lisp setup on Windows with Emacs+SLIME+CLISP. I've been meaning to do so for some time, anyway.
