hey, has anyone of you tried developing for nes? i have been messing around with nbasic and have gotten text somehow and some joystick inputs.

i've messed around with nes programming before, been intending to make a game for some time.

the only way to make a good program on the nes is via 6502 assembly.

having to shove all data through the ppu on vblank sucks.  also no raster line interrupt really sucks (wtf is that 'sprite 0' collision bullshit!)
