PHP problems....again!

I got some weird task from the boss. You know the validation codes in pictures? Well, my boss said that even the picture shows ASDASD it doesnt matter whether its written like asdASD or AsDaSd... kind of weird but my boss doesnt listen any complains!
So how do I do that input field to accept all letter sizes?
