Telnet will not connect to anything

Telnet won't connect to anything, no matter what port.
I use the Zonealarm firewall and I am wondering if that's the problem. Also, are there any sites with good guides on how to open ports on a linksys befsr11?

Switch to another firewall. Especially if you're using the freeware version of zonealarm
