Actually, I've found that the only comments worth reading on slashdot are the ones rated 0 or lower.
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to have the site filter out the crappy higher rated ones.

When reading Slashdot comments, I'm not interested in some nerds' retarded black-and-white opinions (-1 or +5, irrelevant). The +5 posts I look for are the ones that offer interesting factual information on the topic.
