Can't you just disassemble your software that uses GPL code and distribute it in binary + loooooooooong .s file? And say that this assembly file _is_ the source, and that your programmers were writing in assembly to achieve ENTERPRISE quality.

Just take out all identifying strings from the GPL'd source before you compile your binaries. No-one will ever know you've used it.
