Are there any Windows filesystem drivers that can be bolted onto the NTFS one to zero out freed and slack space in realtime (i.e. not just using CIPHER /W), so as to not leave any traces of old files for forensic analysis?

That fails because if the drive was analysed while live or otherwise decrypted, the previously stated information would still be there.
