use a socks proxy, or socks over ssl, thats the professional way of filter evading/being anonymous. need services(listening ports)? use socks5 . want anonimity? use sockschain and connect tor and one more more exitpoint proxies? want anonimity over http? use privoxy on top of the sockschained proxies, turn off javascript and plugins(flash). might also want to remove the cookies you used as well as have sockschain change the useragent to the most popular one on the internet(xpsp2+ie , google for exact value),then you'll be truly anonymous
