OS Development

Does anyone on this board have experience writing/working on operating systems? I've got a bit of a homebrew kernel going on, and I want to see what other people have done and what experiences they can offer.

>>5 big guys in software industry just couldnt let that happen; who's going to take over kernel after him? i'm sure they will keep him on artificial life sustenance until someone comes up with anything better than linux.
