Simple Multi User Game on rails:

* Stubs are generated which you fill out and flesh out your game.
* Use 100% Ruby
* All the real code is done in C++ so it runs at max speed and uses such libraries as OpenGL and SDL for sound.
* 100% BSD
* Following the Ruby Way code style
* Operators are already overloaded for max convienance.
* Linear algebra is abstracted away

The joke seems to be that you can't write anything worthwhile in Ruby.

No, the joke is that you can't write anything worthwhile. I can and did write a lot of programs worthwhile to me and my friends in Ruby, the language doesn't matter as long as it does the job.

The lack of evidence is evidence.

Indeed, the lack of evidence for the argument that you can't do shit in Ruby means that >>7 doesn't have any evidence!

I wonder if there is a programming language which natively only understands fuzzy logic and nothing else...?

Name: Anonymous 2006-05-28 7:46

>>24
Intercal can be fuzzy in some of its looping and branching constructs, you have to be more firm with it.
