Most in Demand Language?

So, what languages are in the most demand in the industy? What do you think? C/C++? Java? And so on?

i imagine that COBOL will be in high demand in a few years after the last few living humans that know it retire, and corporations scramble wildly to find people who will be able to maintain their thirty year old mainframe infrastructure. just a guess tho.
