Suggestions?

I just finished writing a pong knockoff in Objective C + OpenGL. Could anyone offer a suggestion as to a sort of interesting but not too complicated project which an "intermediate" (well, probably "noob" compared to some of you :P) programmer could complete?

A HTTP client (text/plain). Perhaps URI matching and linking if you feel like it.
