The . command, are you man enough to use it?

I was using Notepad today at work and kept typing [esc][esc]:wq to save, rather than [alt]f s

vim's hard to learn and get used to, but when you do, it's sooo nice.

Yeah, it's sooooo nice to type 5 keys instead of what you'd do with a 2 key combination in a decent editor. It's soooo nice to... wait, this is a troll.
