Easiest languag to learn

I've created a blackjack variant and I want to create a freeware version of it? What is the best and easiest language for a beginning game programmer

You can't tell if it works or not until you have spent 15 minutes looking at it. Maybe it's a perfectly Perl valid ugly hack, or maybe it's just rubbish. You can't tell until you've read the last character.
