When you see all these ghetto trash in chains lined up what is the first thing that springs to mind?

Get them back on the plantations.

I start thinking that the prisons are the Plantations.

The problem with prison in America is that everything prison is only supposed to be a punishment and that when prisoners get out they'll just stop being bad, especially when they find it impossible to get a job. It doesn't help that judges and police officers refuse to do anything than what their big book of rules says they should do, regardless of why the law they enforce was created for.
