Agenda 21 steals pennies!

It doesn't matter if you own a superior land patent deed certificate. Every nation that has complied with this anti-coinage policy has had to drop all value of their smallest unit of coinage to save themselves from the economic crisis. This has lead to more police activity, dealing with the upset and outraged citizens who have presented their arms in response to this shameless non-taxation of non-currency. Anarchist nations like Japan continues to mint the 1 yen coin out of spite.

In Australia: A dude had a rifle pointed at him over the 2 cent rounding. He and his Brother were working in a petrol station doing the graveyard shift. Guy pulls in, put in $10.02 of petrol but pays with a credit card. His brother charges the full $10.02. The guy goes nuts that he didn't round it down to $10.00. 5 minutes of abuse, storms out, does a huge skid peeling out of the driveway. The brother writes down the plates.

10 minutes later, the guy comes back with a .22 rifle. His brother hits the security screens and calls the cops.

They had the criminal's face, his credit card # and his plates all captured on camera video. Cops picked the guy up at his home and I believe he got 3 1/2 years in prison...
... all over 2 cents.

So does this mean that pennies are a hidden tax on citizens the same way that the lottery is a tax on those who can't do statistical math due to ignorance? Thank goodness that we have brave Republicans like Jim Kolbe who actually cares about his fellow citizens.

The 21st century agenda is clearly defined by the United Nations and evidenced by huge multi-story housing projects to centralize people in over-educated cities so that they are dependent on central planners to reduce pollution.
