Omg Can this really be leagel?

in Denmark, we pay $ 500 a year to Denmark's Radio (DR)
just to be allowed to have TV or Internet

If we do not pay, we are not allowed to buy or get a TV, Internet, a computer or a phone

All the money goes to the television channel DR just so they dont show advertisements,

And i am a student, i only get 100$ a month so 500$ a year is very much, i pay for my education, and we are 5,4 million people in denmark where 2.4 million cant find a job
