I don't see how that's related to anything but whatever; I don't expect a logic train of thought from you guys who randomly bring up Jews anymore.
Freddy was played consistently by Robert Englund until the 2010 movie, where he was played by Jackie Earle Haley. Englund is part Swedish and a Catholic. Haley is Roman Catholic. Freddy's original M.O. was going to be child molestation because the director felt that was the worst thing he could think of; it was changed to child killer to avoid being seen as taking advantage (ugly pun not intended) of a string of child molestations and the resulting hysteria. The 2010 remake reintroduced Freddy using his original degradation. According to the movies, Freddy's mother became a nun working for a mental institute, with his father being any of the patients who took part in gangraping her. Freddy was adopted by an asshole, whom he later killed, which is where his personal start of darkness takes off.
It's unlikely Freddy was intended to be Jewish in portrayal.
Also, it's called a fedora. French, originally the title of a late 19th century play written by Victorien Sardou. The original wearer was female but it migrated to a masculine clothing article at some point.
