Had a quick legal question that I'd like a general answer to before I call up my local courthouse tomorrow.
In the state of Georgia, do I need to legally reside in the same county as the one I would wish to get a legal name change in? And if that's not the case, does living in a college dorm room for the majority of a year legally count as residing in the aforementioned county?
